TMA courses this Autumn

The TMA is running three courses this Autumn that have been especially commissioned for the Family Arts Campaign, which each look at a different aspect of programming and engaging families. Don’t miss the early bird deals on the first two courses!

Make Yourself At Home – Getting The Welcome Right For Families (27 September) will provide a practical overview regarding what families need to feel truly welcomed to the arts and likely to return. Participants will learn about the key principles of audience development with new audiences and what they can put in place in their own organisations at little or no cost. Get Families: Understanding The Dynamics & Needs of Today’s Family Audience And Creating The Right Messages For Them (9 October) will provide a practical overview of the research and learning that has been gathered to date regarding family audiences. This course will enable you to keep up to date with how families are changing and what families need and want from the arts. Early bird deal ends Wed 28 August!


Families 2.0 – An Introduction To Using Digital Campaigns To Engage Family Audiences (17 October) will enable you to start thinking about what families need online and how to develop digital marketing campaigns that are attractive to them.
