Following the confirmation of the UK’s biggest website for parents, Mumsnet, as official digital partner, the Family Arts Festival team are delighted to announce that one of the UK’s largest national newspaper groups, the Mirror, will be the official media partner.
The Mirror will produce a special four page supplement for the Family Arts Festival which will be inserted in the paper’s popular entertainment guide, The Ticket, on the launch day of the festival, Friday 18 October.
In addition to this, the Mirror is interested in hearing stories which they could potentially cover in their Your Life section in the run up to the festival. They’re looking for inspirational stories of people whose lives have turned around because of the arts, whether it was because they were taken to an event as a youngster, or a more recent experience.
We’ve put together a template document for you to fill in with your potential stories, as well as information for other press / PR opportunities more generally. If you send this back to MariH@solttma.co.uk we will put forward the best stories to the Mirror and other media contacts covering the festival. Download the form and get it back to us asap for your chance to be featured in a national newspaper!
