Are arts organisations family-friendly employers?
We’re on a mission to find out how family friendly the arts sector is towards its employees and we’d like to hear from you, entirely anonymously.
Through our new survey we hope to find out how staff in arts organisations view their employers’ practices and how this compares to other sectors. The survey covers areas such as parental leave, flexible working, and other issues of importance to family members and those with caring responsibility.
We’ll be publishing and discussing the results of the survey at the Family Arts Conference in March.
If you’re employed directly by an arts organisation, this is a chance to have your say on important employment issues within your sector. The survey takes around 10 minutes to complete and is entirely anonymous and confidential.
